June July 2008 issue of “Blackwood News”

The first issue of Blackwood News was delivered to local businesses on 28th June. The positive response has been overwhelming.

Thanks go to all those who advertised or contributed – Blackwood News is produced on a voluntary basis and relies on community support & input.

If you would like to contribute to the next issue – articles, photos, artwork or a feature please email us. Regular features are

Also let us know if there are events you think we should cover.

Deadline for the August/September issue is July 20, but advertisers are asked to book their space by July 13.

By the 4th June there were few issues of June/July Blackwood News left in local businesses. The response to the first issue was overwhelmingly positive so a second print run has been ordered.
