On November 16, 2013 The Blackwood Action Group sent letters to Mr Craig Lapsley, Victorian Fire Services Commissioner & Mr Hamish Webb, Acting Regional Manager Land and Fire, Department of Environment and Primary Industries voicing the communities concerns regarding building & rebuilding in a fire prone area.
